Diversified Fasteners would like to thank you for visiting our
website.
A little history...
Diversified Fasteners, Inc. developed from many years of perseverance
on the part of company president, M.A.Webb. Accompanied by an associate
who has long since left the business, Mr. Webb started in 1993 as
a reseller of other manufacturer’s products.
In 1994, having operated out of his own home in Pensacola, FL for
a year, Mr. Webb had successfully expanded to the point where he
needed additional business-savvy assistance and was joined by his
now Son-in-law and company Vice President, Dennis Mather. Together
they incorporated the company and became Diversified Fasteners,
Inc.
Advancing to the next level in 1995, Mr. Webb and Mr. Mather started
their own shop in a garage in Pensacola. They took on some of the
welding and assembling work that they previously had contracted
out to other companies. It was during the following three years
that the business really took off and additional labor was required.
It was then that the current shop foreman, Joe "Webb" joined his
grandfather, working in the garage during his after school and weekend
free periods.
During those years, Mr. Webb's daughter Susan, one of Diversified
Fastener's owners and the company secretary, and Mr. Mather, had
purchased four acres of land at the end of Wilde Lakes Boulevard
which conveniently contained an old barn. Having long since outgrown
the garage, the business moved its operation to the barn in August,
1998, where they operated until May, 1999.
The spring of 1999 saw great advances for the company when they
leased a building having a shop from which Diversified Fasteners
could now increase their expansion rate by purchasing their own
machinery. By this time, the employee count had risen to 15.
Continued success saw them moving into their own building on North
Klondike Road in January, 2002. The facility houses a 25,000 square
foot warehouse/shop which currently accommodates two large machines
and allows for potential future expansion. The storage area for
parts is massive, allowing for the storage of any amount of inventory
needed for their jobs. There is a 25' by 50' office area containing
three offices, an employee lunch room, and a welcoming lobby.
Nearly a decade from the time Mr. Webb started the company from
his home, the business has grown exponentially. We invite you to
